This tour group was developed and nurtured by the staff of the Methodist Church of Fairhope, AL. - Joe and Marilyn Bullington, Rob Haynes, Kenna Sapp, and many others I cannot name.

We met as friends and strangers but parted as permanent partners in a very special experience.

Please share the wonderful pictures by Jerry and Joanna Davis as we travel back to Israel.

Educational Opportunities Tours, in January of 2009

This tour group was developed and nurtured by the staff of the Methodist Church of Fairhope, AL. - Joe and Marilyn Bullington, Rob Haynes, Kenna Sapp, and many others I cannot name.
The EO Tours Company arranged the tour details. Our group of 54 became close friends in the months before departure with weekly get togethers. Joe Bullington and the seasoned Holy Land travelers prepped us on the area history, what we would visit, clothes to take, and other great things no one ever tells you.
Our first slide is the group sorting luggage at Ben {Gurion} airport in Tel Aviv late the first day. Tel Aviv is west and a little north of Jerusalem on the central region map. We boarded a bus and headed north, ending the day in Tiberias on the Sea of Galilee for a late supper at the hotel. Tiberias is on the west shore of the Sea of Galilee on the north region map.

Hi Rich, we learned from your Christmas card about the greywords web site. Nice to see you and Judy. The tennis is treating you well. Bonnie and I had a trip planned to the Holy Land last spring but the group cancelled. We'll get there one day but meanwhile your pictures will have to suffice. Have a wonderful 2010. Your old Forest Grove tennis buddy, Dick
