I have been showing few senior friends how to use their left click, right click and double clicks. And we seniors have a hard time remembering these kinds of click. It is bad enough we have to click to get something, now you add right click and double clicks. Things just get worse.

  • Apple Wireless Keyboard and Magic Mouse.
  • Well, I found a dead mouse on my desk one morning.

I don't know what making it hard for use to remember these new skills. But that is the subject of another topic. We are going address just how we can remember these clicks easily. One easy way to help remembering things is by association. In other words, associate what we want to remember with something else helps us recall information storing in our head. A friend I just met, Kim, help me come up with this.

  • Left click or "L" is like "Limit" to something with our click.
  • Right click or "R" is like a "Roster" or a list of thing, a menu or options for us to choose.
  • Double click or "D" is like on the Double, run something in a hurry

Well that seems to help two senior friends. We'll see how it help others.
