I was with my friend Doug Brown and Bill shown up to check on Doug. Doug has mentioned a lot about Bill and his restaurant Red Brick Cafe. I had a quick chance to talk with Bill about his restaurant. I was wondering about what makes Bill's restaurant better than the rest.
You can listen to Bill has to say. You can expect a wonderfull home made meal from Bill. He has practically been cooking all his life. You just have to love doing something otherwise you just can't something that long. Bill love cooking and it is shown in his cooking. I can't wait to try it out next year after I come back from my trip.
