Beethoven

One of my favorite composers is Beethoven. Being a romantic at heart I would put Moonlight sonata at the top of the classical list. I used to be able to play the whole piece with my guitar. Now my fingers don't allow me to play any more. Thanks to the internet I can still enjoy the works by others.

Here is the first movement of Moonlight Sonata in piano. The painting was done about 1820 by Joseph Karl Stieler (1781(1781)–1858(1858)). The copyright was expired. The source of this picture is at http://www.fraunhofer.de/archiv/presseinfos/pflege.zv.fhg.de/german/press/pi/pi2002/08/md_fo6a.html.
