2010 Australian Open Champion - Man

Date January 31, 2010 | Print | Bookmark | Share | Email

Roger Federer just won the 2010 Australian Open to become the only man with 16 grand slam titles, and the first father with a grand slam title. It is incredible to be number one year after year like that. It is hard enough just to be number one once.

At 28 years old Roger does not show any sign of slowing down. The last major grand slam, 2009 US Open where Del Potro won in 5 sets, I thought that was the first sign of Roger coming down the tennis throne. But this morning I must admit Roger show that he has a few more year to reign the tennis kingship. Congratulations Roger, that is an inspiration for any human being to be a better person. Looking deep within yourself to find another gear when under pressure to come up with the goods and bring home the bacon. It is a shame for any human not do his or her own best living his or her own life. I do not mean you have to be number one at anything because each of our interest is different. But I mean you have to strive to be the best at whatever you are doing. Of course, striving to be the best at everything you do is impossible. Just at least choose one thing and strive to be the best of your ability you will be surprised how much you can accomplish. Again I don't mean how you stack up against other. I mean you stack up against yourself.

It takes the best effort of every human to do each's best if we have any hope at all reaching the stars beyond our sun. The best effort of every human have been added up together over the thousand of years of living to propel human to be where we are today. Again Roger, congratulations, you have done your part in being the 2010 Australian Open and at least inspire me to do my best in my own life.
